Display link to public key in error message

When the file browser is not able to connect to the remote server an error message is displayed in the file browser page. Add a link to the SSH Public key in the user settings. Like this, the user can easily transfer the public key by himself.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
