Before this change this JSON asked for strings where the PDF v1.0 allowed for arrays and vice versa in 4 cases. ("dataAccess", "databaseAccess", "DataUploadType "and "offersEnhancedPublication").

Additionally made API Protocol not required (like in !22 (merged))
