fixed JSON Schemas v1.0 missing proportyName relatedHelmholtzCentre as raised in #31 and #18

this would close #31 (closed) and #18 (closed). Commentators in those issues and the last CCT1 meeting (2022-07-08) agreed this fix is desirable.
