Remove explicit link to noto sans font

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge remove-link-to-notosans into main

same as other projects, e.g. https://codebase.helmholtz.cloud/hifis/software/education/hifis-workshops/workshop-oop-in-python/-/blob/main/mkdocs.yml

  1. Link to Noto Sans seems to be unnessessary
  2. contacts google api
  3. and it triggers errors in downstream hifis.net linkchecker
