Add exercise to epsiode 4 to extend the exercise CI pipeline

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 22-add-exercise-to-episode-4-to-extend-exercise-ci-pipeline into main
  • An exercise will make sure that participants can apply what they learn. Here we will practice how to write CI jobs for different CI use cases, e.g. licence check, lint, build, test, run. Basic commands are given to make the task much simpler.
