Introduce drop shadows
Drop shadows are defined as mixin with default values. Required the background to be shifted from section to article. As a result the margins and padding look off for now, to be fixed in future commit.
The Helmholtz Codebase and Mattermost will not be available between May 2nd, 16:15 and May 2nd, 17:45. In preparation of the GitLab major upgrade 17.0 a database maintenance is required.
