Resolve "Check current output of htmlproofer applied on jekyll build in branch master"

GitLab CI pipeline jobs now contain steps which serve jekyll builds and run htmlproofer on these pages. Jekyll process is killed afterwards.

Thereby, some violations found by htmlproofer has been fixed as well.
