Use HIFIS Software as a generic author name in feeds

This works by setting the defaults for events and posts in the file _config.yml.

This is an alternative for !224 (closed) without requiring the additional maintenance overhead. I would prefer this solution. It's comparable to the heise online Atom feed. They also use one generic name.
