Resolve negative kpi from limesurvey

Uwe Jandt (DESY, HIFIS) requested to merge resolve-negative-kpi-from-limesurvey into master

After a long time of almost non-change, the KPI of one service (DKFZ LimeSurvey) suddenly increased drastically, breaking the interpolation of start data and finally leading to strongly negative KPI contributions. Needs to be fixed.

  • Proposal to change the date on when the KPI calculation starts to a later date, analogous as we did already for b2share for similar reason !38 (comment 1696222)
    • Set T_reference for this service to 2022-07-15, so that the user/usage reference is realistically high and not zero or negative.
    • Plots below.
  • Update raw data subprojects explicitly to have same ground truth for comparison.
