The Helmholtz Codebase and Mattermost will not be available between May 2nd, 16:15 and May 2nd, 17:45. In preparation of the GitLab major upgrade 17.0 a database maintenance is required.

In PR Op Meeting 20230816 the question came up to provide easier findable links to AAI login and VO management.

Added such to Hamburger menu
Moved the corresponding section in /aai more to top, reformulated slightly and made links bold-face.
