adds publications for 2023 in ACM citation
adding publications for 2023 as well as software publication (as far as I'm aware)
I used ACM citation to make the people behind the contributions visible. That differs from previous usage, so I suggest TODO align the other publications? can do this after my holiday, here or after merge in separate task
Maybe bold titles would help to make the topics pop out. ACM uses italics, but I'm not so sure about this.
