add UML use case diagrams with rendering

Motivation

  • use case diagrams can give a better overview about the existing use cases

Modifications

  • add some UML diagrams
  • add mkdics plugin for the rendering of the plugins

Results

the rendered diagrams are embedded as PNG in the document General_UseCases.md
