Update button styles in footer and header

Huste, Tobias requested to merge update-button-styles into master
  • Use Fontawesome close and menu icons for the navbar toggle. This replaces the SVGs with unknown origin.
  • Adapt styling of the Contribute button for all entries in the footer and header.

This implements a suggestion made in !90 (merged)
