Resolve "Roadmap excerpt is wrong"

Hueser, Christian requested to merge 167-roadmap-excerpt-is-wrong into master

Fix issue with code blocks which should be comment blocks:

  • A couple of markdown files contained code blocks which should be comment blocks.
  • Added an excerpt to the md file for the roadmap.
