Enable Accessibility Scanning after upgrade to GitLab 12.8
GitLab 12.8 introduces Accessibility Scanning. I presume we agree that we should generally strife to make the website as accessible as possible, but I'm not sure about how to do it or what the Jekyll template already provides.
Shall we try it the GitLab way?
