This adds an initial version of a frontpage and partially uses bootstrap
elements.

This also seems to fix the issue of the website being scrollable
horizontally on mobile devices.

Drop shadows are defined as mixin with default values.
Required the background to be shifted from section to article.
As a result the margins and padding look off for now,
to be fixed in future commit.

This only includes the very required basics of bootstrap. If more
components shall be used in the future, the components need to be
activated by adding them to the bootstrap imports.

Elements should be positioned at the bottom of the element, which was
only working in Firefox. Properties are required to be prefixed with
flex in order to work everywhere.

Remove Contact box from article section in the content area and move all
content in the blue Helmholtz header. Only display icons for social
media platforms.

The merge introduced a code duplication for service navigation bar
entry. Also, the fontawesome icon in navigation bar is now a span-tag.
