Offer Getters for _text and _label in QuestionCollections, Questions and AnswerOptions 

* Offer Mixins for properties _text and _label as well as for settings.
* Adapt models accordingly.
* Adapt unit test cases.
* Move HIERARCHY_SEPARATOR to class Settings.
