Include feedback on backbone doc from network colleagues

Sophie Servan (DESY) requested to merge backbone-internal-policies into master
  • Remove policies and IP addresses from the public page
  • Add a link to documents in nubes, only accessible to HIFIS members, following AAI's example
  • Add details to "Technical preparations" to explain the possible benefit on firewall by-passing if trust is established
