rollback spring boot update
Motivation:
The uppdate to 2.3.1.RELEASE version is causing Helmholtz
AAI to be unauthorised. This is due to the token header
type, which is at+jwt.
Modification:
Downgrade the update from 2.3.1.RELEASE to 2.2.7.RELEASE
Result:
Authentication now works
